Terms of Service
Last Updated: 9 September 2026
These Terms of Service, the “Terms”, govern your access to and use of this website and any digital products, content, or services made available through it, together called the “Service”. By using this website, buying any product, or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Service.
1. Nature of the Service
The Service provides digital educational material about financial markets, including commodities, equities, indices, foreign exchange, cryptocurrencies, and market structure.
All content is provided for information and education only. No part of the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, or professional advice. The full Risk Disclosure is published at the foot of every page and forms part of these Terms.
2. Digital Products and Licence
All digital products made available through the Service, including e-books, PDFs, downloadable material, and bundled collections, are licensed rather than sold.
When you buy a digital product you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use that product for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, share, resell, sublicense, or otherwise make any part of the content available to anyone else
- Upload the content to public or private sharing platforms
- Use the content for commercial, instructional, or resale purposes
Any unauthorised use ends your licence immediately.
3. Access and Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically, by direct download link or another secure method.
You are responsible for:
- Making sure your device can open the files
- Downloading and saving them during any access window given
- Keeping your own backup copy once access has been granted
We do not guarantee that a download link will work indefinitely. If a link has expired and you have proof of purchase, write to support@institutionalsuite.com and we will send a new one.
4. Payments and Checkout
Payments are handled by third-party payment providers, currently E-junkie, and the card processors it works with. We do not store or process your card details ourselves.
By completing a purchase you authorise the payment provider to charge your chosen payment method for the full amount shown at checkout, including any tax that applies.
Prices may change without notice. The price shown at the moment of purchase is the price that applies to that purchase.
5. Refunds and Chargebacks
All sales are final and no refunds are given. A digital book cannot be recalled once it has been delivered, so there is nothing to return and nothing to withdraw.
By completing a purchase you expressly ask for the download to be made available immediately, and you acknowledge that doing so gives up any right you would otherwise have had to cancel the purchase and receive a refund.
The full wording, including the difference between a refund and the correction of a billing error, is set out in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.
Chargebacks or payment disputes raised without contacting us first may result in access to all purchased products being withdrawn permanently.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
6. Intellectual Property
All content made available through the Service, including text, documents, layouts, branding, and design, belongs to the owner of the Service or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property law.
Nothing in these Terms gives you any ownership of that content.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to bypass, scrape, or interfere with access controls
- Misrepresent your identity or your payment information
- Share access credentials or download links with anyone else
We reserve the right to restrict or end access at our sole discretion where misuse is found.
8. Third-Party Links and Services
The Service may link to other websites or tools. These are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service.
Your use of a third-party service is governed by that company’s own terms and policies. Where a link earns us a commission, this is set out in the Affiliate Disclosure.
9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of the Service or from anything you do on the basis of its content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The full Risk Disclosure applies and should be read carefully.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
By using this website or buying any digital product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and the accompanying Risk Disclosure.
