Cookie Policy
Last updated: 15 October 2026
This page explains what this website stores on your phone, tablet or computer, why, and how to change your mind at any time.
In short: this website uses no analytics or advertising cookies at all. We do count visits anonymously, without cookies, to see what helps, and you can switch that off too.
1. Your choice, and how to change it
The first time you visit, a banner at the bottom of the page explains what we use and lets you choose. You can change your choice at any time, here or from Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a “no” to everything optional until you choose otherwise.
2. What is stored on your device
“Cookies” are small files a website saves in your browser. This website mostly uses your browser’s own storage instead (called local storage and session storage), which works in a similar way but is never sent to us automatically. The law treats both the same, so both are listed here.
Needed for the website to work
These are always on. They do not identify you and are never used for anything else.
Anonymous visit counting (on unless you switch it off)
Our own counter, run on this website rather than by Google or anyone else, adds up how many people visit, which pages they read, for how long, where visits come from (for example “Instagram” or “Google search”) and which buttons are pressed. It sets no cookies. It keeps only totals, which cannot identify anyone, and shares nothing. How it works is set out in our Privacy Policy.
UK law allows a website to count its visitors in this limited way without asking first, as long as it says so clearly and makes switching it off simple. To switch it off, choose Reject all in the banner, or turn off Anonymous visit counting in Cookie settings.
We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies or any other company’s tracking on this website. If that ever changes, this page will be updated first, and the banner will ask you before anything new is switched on.
3. When you pay
Pressing a Buy button takes you to our checkout, which is run by Payhip on its own website. Payhip uses its own cookies there, which are needed to take payment safely and are covered by Payhip’s privacy policy and its own cookie banner.
4. Fonts, pictures and scripts
The fonts, pictures and scripts on this website are kept on this website itself, so opening a page does not send your details to font services or other outside companies.
5. Clearing stored information yourself
You can delete cookies and local storage at any time in your browser’s settings, usually under Privacy or Site data. If you do, the banner will ask you again on your next visit.
6. Questions
For anything about cookies or your data, write to us at support@institutionalsuite.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information, and your rights over it.
